This booming multinational industry of fish and weapons has created an ungodly globalized alliance on the shores of the world’s biggest tropical lake: an army of local fishermen, World bank agents, homeless children, African ministers,
EU-commissioners, Tanzanian prostitutes and Russian pilots.
