The building (George Close Building) is at the corner of Broadway and Windsor. The entrance to the building is on Windsor St (see photo below).

243 Broadway is a 10-minute walk from either:
MIT-Kendall T-stop: walk thru the Marriott Hotel out onto Broadway; go
left up Broadway
Central Sq T-stop: walk up Norfolk St (Blockbuster is at the corner);
walk 3 blocks and take a right onto Broadway
Harvard Sq bus: #68 - Broadway rte to Kendall Sq; check here

Parking:
See the image below; it shows the parking lot, directly across from the entrance
to the building. After hours (ie, after 6pm), folks
can use - in this lot only - any space marked "Office" or
"Visitor" (currently spots 2, 4, 7, 9, 10). Additionally i have 1 parking permit for on-street parking.
Do NOT park in tennant spots; if you do you will be towed.
